AC Repair & Replacement
Unfortunately, we all know how it feels when the AC goes out on a hot summer day in Michigan. When it happens, you want someone who can figure out what’s wrong and get your home comfortable again as quickly as possible. We’ll take the time to find the problem, explain what we find, and walk you through your options. Whether your AC needs a repair or it’s time for a replacement, you can count on T&S HomeWorks to get the job done right.
AC Repair
When your AC stops working or isn’t keeping your home as cool as it should, we’ll take the time to figure out what’s causing the problem. We’ll explain what we find, go over your options, and let you know what the repair will cost before getting started.
Common AC problems we can help with:
- AC blowing warm air
- AC not turning on
- Home not reaching desired temperature
- AC frequently turning on and off
- Unusual noises
- Thermostat issues
AC Replacement
If you don’t need a new AC, we won’t try to sell you one. Whenever a repair makes sense, we’ll explain the problem and help you get the most out of the system you already have. But sometimes an AC reaches the point where replacement is the better option. If that time comes, we’ll walk you through your choices and help you find the right system for your home and your budget.
It may be time to consider replacement if:
- Your AC needs frequent repairs
- The cost of a major repair is difficult to justify
- Your AC struggles to keep your home comfortable
- The system is getting older and becoming less reliable
